CENCIO” is a seventeenth-century building adjacent to the Villa, once used as a convent. Divided into three apartments: Terreno, Loggia and Torre all have private bathrooms, equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi and heating. We have enhanced the original structure by maintaining the terracotta floors, exposed beams and vaults in some rooms. The apartments overlook both the adjacent countryside and an external courtyard where they each have a space equipped with table, chairs and barbecue where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. Of course, each apartment has access to the swimming pool, the pool garden and the football field.

CENCIO TORRE, originally an ancient watchtower with a panoramic view of the farm’s olive groves; it is located on the first floor and is on two levels: on the first, there is the living room with dining table and living area with sofa and TV, an independent equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub. On the second floor: a double bedroom and a further bathroom with a tub. The apartment has an outdoor area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
